E.g. A '3-user subscription' allows three staff members to simultaneously login and use The Rehab Lab.
At any time during your subscription, if you decide you need more users, you can quickly and easily add more.
When you purchase a subscription to The Rehab Lab you are provided with a single username and password (which you choose when filling in the registration form).
This single username and password combination is what all your users enter into the login screen to access your profile on The Rehab Lab.
As an example, a 'Standard' 3-User subscription allows you to access The Rehab Lab on 3 devices simultaneously.
Can I choose a different number of users to those in the plans above?
Yes. Simply choose any plan above by clicking the 'GET STARTED' button. Step three of our simple 3-step registration form allows you to customise your user number to meet your specific clinical requirements. The price per user, and total cost, will automatically update depending on the number of users you select and your chosen plan duration (12-month, 6-month or 3-month).
No, your subscription will not automatically renew. Renewing your subscription can be done at any time in the month leading up to your subscription expiration date (to keep your profile active), or any time after your subscription has expired (to reactivate your profile).
The renewal process is simple and is done from your PROFILE section once you have logged into The Rehab Lab. You can alter the subscription duration during the renewal process (saving 10% on 6-month and 20% on 12-month subscription periods).
Can I add more users if and when I need them?
Yes. If you find you need to increase the number of devices that can access The Rehab Lab at any one time, you can quickly and easily add more users at any time during your subscription period, or when renewing your subscription.
This can be done from the Profile section in The Rehab Lab. The price for the additional users is adjusted to align with the time remaining in your current subscription period. You can read more about this in our How-To-Guides.

I want to renew my subscription, not start a new one.
To renew your subscription, first log into The Rehab Lab. Once logged into your account, navigate to your PROFILE section and click the orange 'Renew Your Subscription Now' button. This will take you to your individualised subscription renewal page.
