How to create a custom information sheet on The Rehab Lab


Creating your own database of custom information sheets on The Rehab Lab is easy. You can edit the text and titles of information sheets to suit your requirements and save the information sheet to your own custom database so in the future, you can search your database and add the custom information sheet to your programmes.

This speeds up the process of creating rehabilitation programmes because you no longer have to edit the content each time you use it.

To create a custom information sheet, first log in to The Rehab Lab by clicking here and entering your username and password at the login screen. Once you have logged in, you will see The Rehab Lab 'exercise search screen' (the main screen). To create a new custom information sheet, follow these steps:


1. Go to the information sheet search screen

At the top of the screen are The Rehab Lab's three main buttons (EXERCISE SEARCH, INFO SHEET SEARCH and PROGRAMME SEARCH). Click the INFO SHEET SEARCH button. This will display the INFO SHEET SEARCH screen.

2. Find the information sheet you would like to customise

Search and find the information sheet you would like to customise. You can enter a title in the title search area, but you may prefer to leave this blank (for more information of how to search for information sheets, read this how-to-guide)

Once you have found the information sheet you would like to edit, add it to the programme contents column on the right of the screen. To add an information sheet to your programme, click the ADD INFORMATION SHEET button (or simply click-and-drag the information sheet into the programme contents column at the right of the screen).

After clicking the ADD INFORMATION SHEET button, the information sheet will now appear in the programme contents column to the right of the screen. Once the information sheet appears in the programme contents column, you can begin editing it to suit your preferences.

3. EDIT THE INFORMATION SHEET

Now that you have added the information sheet to the programme contents column, you can start editing it to suit your needs. To edit the information sheet, click the EDIT INFORMATION SHEET button (the pencil icon) located at the top left of the blue programme contents item. This will open the EDIT INFO SHEET WINDOW.

From this window, you can edit the information sheet titles and the four blocks of text that surround the central illustration.

4. ADD THE INFORMATION SHEET TO YOUR CUSTOM DATABASE

Once you are happy with the changes you have made to the information sheet, simply click the ADD TO CUSTOM INFO SHEETS button at the bottom-right of the window. Your information sheet will now be added to your custom database of information sheets.
